It’s well known that most of the people who lose weight in unscientific ways, gain more after they end the diet. Moreover, they might weaken the immune system and increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases as well as dysfunctions in the liver and renal systems.
Losing weight without seeing any of these conditions and being able to maintain it, is our primary goal.

For this reason, I first take the nutritional history of my clients. Then I ask for blood tests and decide how much weight we need to lose by taking fat, muscle, and water analyses. Apart from this, exercise can be added to the plan according to a person’s lifestyle and sport history.
