- Be Specific; Intentions have to be specific regarding your main goal, this will help you to follow them easily without any confusion in your mind.
- Revise And Review Them Often; Checking them daily and reminding them regularly will help not to get out of the track as well as uplift your motivation for your intention.
- Remove Any Limiting Beliefs; Limiting beliefs generally come from past traumas and mostly hold you back from achieving your goals. We just need to understand they are just a barrier between our goals and us AND they are not real at all.
